Wonderful facilities with modern conveniences; spacious and elegant design with great attention to detail. The location is perfect, close to shopping and eateries, but peaceful enough. I particularly enjoyed the knowledgeable and friendly staff.
Room service and business services could've been better, which created some inconvenience. However, the service is understandable, considering the limited room size.

This hotel is truly luxurious and fulfilled all of my exclusive amenity needs. the exceptional service provided made my stay even more memorable. the spa and wellness center was impeccable, featuring a sauna, Jacuzzi, and health club. the massage and other beauty treatments were top-notch.
The only minor issue I encountered was that the sun terrace was not as expansive as I expected. this was compensated for by the stunning view of the city.

This hotel was a fantastic experience for our family. We loved the location which had plenty of great cafes and restaurants nearby, and the al fresco lounging area was perfect for a quiet retreat. the beautiful Gracia area was incredible, and we were close enough to everything we wanted to see. the room was spacious with comfortable beds, and the bathroom was exceptional. the service was excellent, and breakfast was a highlight of our stay. We also enjoyed the stunning view from the rooftop.

As a seasoned traveler, I've experienced staying at various luxurious accommodations. However, this hotel exceeded my expectations with its perfect blend of old and new. The contemporary furnishings in this late 19th-century building decorated with frescoes gave an amazing sense of space. The location was close enough to everything and provided easy access to transportation. The Gracia area, which is a 5-minute walk from the hotel, had a lot of cafes and restaurants, making it more convenient. Moreover, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful during my stay.

Great amenities and convenient location. the rooms were spacious and well-designed. the staff were helpful most of the time and provided us with recommendations.
Some of the quirky designs felt more like gimmicks and less functional.
